omygod! I can't use ventrilo on the school network! Fuckfuckfuck! Skype is good for you! Lol no seriously I wish we could ventrilo it'd make my phonebill a lot smaller, grin. Maybe skype?

Eww, just thought of that one: My laptop is provided by the school and someone else will get it when I go. So I will have to wait a while till I can install skype. But my uncle is already looking for a laptop for my own so we won't have to wait that long. I doubt by the way that our school system is fast enough to use ventrillo, too. So, sorry, I wrote these good news to early.
And I just found that our school administrator forbid ventrillo, so I can't use that either. This is annoying, I'll try to use skype nevertheless, hope I don't get caught.
well Ines what they don't know won't hurt. It would be impossible to block all the ports on the network that vintrillo uses as different servers use different ports etc. I guess though it depends on the consequences you might incur if you're caught. don't get into trouble just because you want to use the software, but if you think you'll be able to get away with it then .. why not, after all who are you hurting.
You're right and that's why I already registered on MSN now. I'll add you all, my friends. I'll do the same with skype later on.
